An important message from Good Thinking
We regret to inform you that the Good Thinking service will be closing on 31 January 2026. This has been a difficult decision after eight years of supporting Londoners.
If you’re struggling with your mental health, please visit Every Mind Matters or Hub of Hope, or contact your GP, NHS 111, or the mental health team in your borough. For more information about the closure, read our FAQs.We have created an archive of the Good Thinking website for healthcare professionals.Approved by
Feeling anxious? Stressed out? Not sleeping properly? Good Thinking is here to help boost your mental wellbeing.
Children and young people today face some unique challenges when it comes to mental health and wellbeing. The physical and emotional changes that are part of growing up, and learning to know and understand who you are as a person can have a big impact on how you feel. The pressure of exam preparation and the anticipation of results day; concerns about the future; learning your own identity and perhaps your sexuality; peer pressure or bullying; navigating the challenges of social media. All these things can make you feel stressed, anxious, low and finding it difficult to sleep.
At Good Thinking, we work closely with young Londoners through organisations such as Partnership for Young London to develop our content and better understand the challenges facing young people to ensure that we're addressing the issues that really matter to you.
On our website, you'll find lots of helpful digital resources, including free NHS-approved apps and top tips to help you get through the tough times.
We hope you find Good Thinking useful – if so, please tell your friends about us.
