With YoungMinds estimating that around five children in every classroom have a probable mental health condition and the Education Support’s Teacher Wellbeing Index showing that 78% of all education staff are stressed, Good Thinking is here to help.

We work with GPs, youth organisations and other experts to provide a range of free

NHS-approved wellbeing resources, including apps, guides and workbooks, to Londoners. For education professionals, we’ve created a lesson pack as an introduction to mental health and wellbeing for secondary school students, plus other advice articles.

We understand that education is an increasingly demanding career and want to ensure that you have easy access to mental health resources. If you’re a member of your school’s senior leadership team or a Designated Mental Health Lead, please share this page with your colleagues.
