Exam season: how to stop exam stress taking over your life

Exam stress is something everybody has felt at least once in their life, and it’s easy to let it take a toll, not just on your emotional wellbeing, but on your physical wellbeing too. Despite it being so common, there still seems to be such a stigma around it, and many people come close to breaking point before reaching out. As a Year 11 knee-deep in exam season, Izzy, a Digital Health Ambassador with Good Thinking, shares the methods of managing stress that have now come as second nature to her to help her stay calm and focused throughout exam season.
