YoungMinds is a charity committed to raising awareness about mental health problems among young people. As a parent, you can find information and support to help your child cope through a difficult time. For your children, their website offers clear and reliable information about a range of mental health conditions, with helpful tips about looking after yourself, boosting self-esteem and feeling better. They can also direct you to the support you need, with links to useful helplines and mental health services.
