Thought Diary Pro helps you to track unhelpful or self-destructive behaviour and identify negative thoughts in order to change how you respond to moments of stress, anxiety or low mood. Reflecting on past behaviour and challenging your negative thought-biases can help you to better cope with difficult situations in the future.
