Start improving your sleep with The Prof
Each week you can log in and learn from 'The Prof' - your virtual sleep expert. He’ll help you make powerful changes to your thoughts and worries about sleep, your daily schedule, and your lifestyle. There are 6 core sessions of about 20 minutes each, and a daily sleep diary which helps you track your progress.
Once you have created a Sleepio account, you can complete the programme online or with Sleepio’s iPhone app at a time and pace that suits you.
