An app designed to help you understand what causes your anxiety and to help you find resources and exercises to build your own anxiety management toolkit.
SAM (Self-help Anxiety Management) gives you information and tools to help you regulate your anxiety in small steps, and monitor your anxious thoughts and behaviours over time. Based upon humanistic therapy and CBT, the app offers reflective and action exercises for learning about anxiety management. The Social Cloud feature lets you connect with others in the SAM community to share self-help tips, and the Help Now option is designed to reduce panic on the spot.
