A mood improvement app designed to help you practice mood-enhancing activities, identify and change unhealthy thinking, and track your mood over time.
Developed by clinical psychologists, MoodKit is designed to help you apply effective strategies of positive psychology to your everyday life using the principles of CBT. The MoodKit Activities tool provides a variety of suggestions for specific steps you can take to improve your mood. You can also track your mood with daily ratings, which can be kept alongside a journal to record mood-related activities and observations.
