An online self-help programme using the principles of CBT to help you better manage your mood and cope with symptoms of depression.
The course consists of 5 modules, each lasting 20-40 minutes, designed to be completed in order, all with their own exercises and quizzes, with detailed feedback provided at the end of each session.
