A free online course helping you to learn coping skills for many of life's everyday stresses.
Based on the principles of CBT, the course is aimed at making you feel better by covering topics such as confidence-building, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and sleeping better. The course is accompanied by weekly emails and access to discussion forums to help users share useful ideas and offer mutual support.
