A mindfulness and meditation app offering guided meditations, breathing programmes and 'Sleep Stories' to help de-stress and clear the mind.
Meditation tracks can be used as a quick fix in moments of stress, or you can follow a daily meditation programme for more lasting effects. Other features include an effective 'Breathing Bubble' tool to aid with breathing technique, and 'Sleep Stories' to help uneasy sleepers unwind before bed.
