Its purpose is to empower people's minds to achieve more, and to help improve general wellbeing. You can choose to help with  your focus, meditation or sleep. After a track has been played, you can rate how well that track worked for you so that future music will be geared towards your preferences. has a section which tracks your answers to these questions and will subsequently tell you how well you have focused or been calm during the past weeks.
