If you would like to print our leaflet please refer to our instructions below :

  • Make sure your printer is set to A4.
  • Make sure that the 'Print on both sides of the paper' option is checked - this will ensure you can fold the pages together to create your own booklet.
  • Finally, click the 'Flip on short edge' button to ensure that the pages print the right way round.
  • This guide can be printed in black & white, but full colour is recommended.
