Switchboard is an LGBTQ+ helpline for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional wellbeing: 0300 330 0630

What is Switchboard?

You can contact Switchboard via phone or instant chat.

The helpline is open from 10am to 10pm everyday: 0300 330 0630

You do not have to identify as LGBTQ+ to call Switchboard. You might want to call to talk about your sexuality, or you might want advice or support if you have a friend or family member who identifies as LGBTQ+.

The Switchboard website says "We are a safe space for anyone to discuss anything, including sexuality, gender identity, sexual health and emotional well-being. We support people to explore the right options for themselves".
