The My Possible Self App has been clinically proven to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people living with stress, anxiety and low mood.

What is My Possible Self?

Please use our organisational code: goodthinking2022 to sign up for the free version of My Possible Self.

Take the My Possible Self on-boarding questionnaire to identify areas of your life you may need a little help with, for example - excessive stress and overload, or high levels of anxiety. The app will suggest modules and activities that help you tackle these areas.

Using proven psychological methods and clinically proven research from the world leading experts in e-mental health research, the learning modules will teach you coping mechanisms so you can live happier and healthier.

Track how you feel every day with our Mood Tracker, developed by a team of in-house psychologists. Highlight activities, places and people that influence your mood, so you can focus on the things that make you feel great, and do less of the things that don’t.
