What is The Mix?

The Mix is a safe space to find support for anything at all that might be troubling you. Browse discussion boards for peer-to-peer advice on a range of topics, or join a group chat to share your problems and help others with theirs. There are chats for men and women only, under 16s, support chats, and general chats just for fun. You can also talk to their trained team via email, one-to-one web chat and on the phone, or refer yourself for telephone counselling with a professional counsellor.
