A free helpline and web chat service that offers guidance and support to all men feeling down or depressed for any reason.
Calls are taken by trained staff who are there to listen, support, inform without judgement. The staff can signpost to national or local agencies for extra support. Their website can also direct you to useful resources and organisations near you who can help with a range of issues, from mental health to financial stress to simply finding something to do.
