They may seem quite ‘medical’ because they are based on the types of questions a doctor or a psychologist might ask you.</p><ul><li>Each self-assessment takes around 20 minutes to complete</li><li>Answer questions about yourself or someone you may be concerned about</li><li>You’ll get a personalised list of recommended actions to take forward</li></ul>

Lockdown is helpful for infection control, but not for Eating Disorders; they thrive in isolation.
