We regret to inform you that the Good Thinking service will be closing on 31 January 2026. This has been a difficult decision after eight years of supporting Londoners.
If you’re struggling with your mental health, please visit Every Mind Matters or Hub of Hope, or contact your GP, NHS 111, or the mental health team in your borough. We all feel anxious, stressed, low or overwhelmed from time to time. Good Thinking has been designed with that in mind, offering advice, guidance and resources to help you tackle a range of common mental health concerns head on.
We’ve linked up with Every Mind Matters, an NHS-led campaign to improve mental health and wellbeing, to help you develop a free Mind Plan offering tips and advice from mental health experts that support you in making positive changes that help you deal with stress and anxiety, sleep better and feel more in control.
