What is MindOut?

MindOut is a project run by and for the LGBTQ community.

MindOut staff, volunteers and board of trustees, are all LGBTQ and are working to improve the mental health and wellbeing of LGBTQ communities and to make mental health a community concern. 

"Last year we helped 1,342 people struggling with social isolation, suicidal distress, financial hardship, discrimination and prejudice, hate crime and exclusion."
