When you struggle with your mental health, the journey to feeling better is much shorter when you can speak to someone who really knows your world. Maaria Mahmood and Hadil Nour from the Muslim Youth Helpline share how they are providing confidential faith and culturally-sensitive support. By understanding the issues that young (and older) Muslims face today, they are helping to shorten the journey to good mental wellbeing.
