Share to FacebookShare to WhatsAppShare to TwitterShare to LinkedInShare via email

An online interactive workshop exploring the benefits and harms of the digital world in respect of the mental wellbeing for Londoners. It is frequent that we hear how COVID has highlighted many areas of inequality and how some communities have suffered greatly during the pandemic. Digital inequality has also emerged more clearly as an additional area of inequality.

This online interactive workshop explores the benefits and harms of the digital world in respect of the mental health and wellbeing for Londoners.

  • What are the benefits of being online for mental health and wellbeing?
  • What are the harms of digital for mental health and wellbeing?
  • How do we manage and mitigate harms?
  • How can digital be leveraged to help people improve their mental health?

In the workshop we have quick-fire expert input on the impact and extent of digital inclusion and its implications for mental health and wellbeing. The workshop is a partnership between Good Thinking digital mental health and wellbeing service for Londoners and the London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI).
