With recommended activities based on how you feel, the app can be easily tailored to your own needs. The tracking feature helps you to keep tabs on your daily progress, with stickers to reward you along the way.

You can practice using mindfulness in your daily life through the exercises available. There's largely audio-based content, but there are some video sessions as well. By recording your emotions before and after your meditations, you can start to monitor how your mood is affected by mindful activities.
