An online course aimed at curing insomnia, with over 70 videos and guided audio tracks plus 24 hr insomnia support to help manage and improve your quality of sleep.
Using the principles of ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), the course will teach you how to retrain your brain for natural and better quality sleep without lengthy wind-down exercises or bedtime rituals, and entirely without medication. The Sleep School also offers monthly group workshops for people struggling with insomnia and private clinics every Thursday.
