A stress-management app, designed to help reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression by combining elements of CBT, mindfulness and meditation.
Pacifica teaches you tools to break the cycle of negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours in order to better manage stress, anxiety and depression at your own pace. There are also guided meditations for stressful situations like travelling, socialising and public speaking, plus tools for tracking your thoughts and mood.
