The free Move Mood app aims to boost your mood by using effective Behavioural Activation Therapy techniques.
How could it help me?
Move Mood helps young people (aged 12+) to manage the behaviours associated with low mood or depression.
When your mood becomes low, you might stop doing the things that make you happy or that feel rewarding. This can then make your mood lower and you might get into a cycle where it is even harder to do those positive activities.
This clinically-led app has been co-designed with input from young people. It follows a type of treatment called Behavioural Activation Therapy (BAT) and uses powerful, in-built analytics to measure effectiveness.
The app is completely anonymous and doesn’t collect any identifiable data.

Where can I get it?
This app is not suitable for people with severe mental health problems or those who are suicidal. It is also not suitable for younger age groups without professional support.
