Sleepio, the online sleep-improvement programme, no longer available through Good Thinking

20 December 2019

Good Thinking, London’s free NHS- approved digital wellbeing service is continuously reviewing and expanding its online content to provide greater value and choice for those living or working in London.

During our review we have had to make decisions around the portfolio of subsidised apps available through Good Thinking and it has been agreed that our contract with Sleepio, the online sleep improvement programme based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) will end as of the 31 December 2019.

Sleepio will continue to be accessible from the NHS Apps Library and Londoners who commenced the course through Good Thinking before the 31st December 2019 will still have access to the tailored programme for 12 months.

Alternative sleep apps are available through Good Thinking and we continue to enhance our provision during 2020.
