What do people say about it?
“The best thing that ever came into my life. My mental health nurse recommended it for me, cos of anxiety attacks. They stopped almost completely since I started using this App. I usually listen to 1 or 2 tracks really quietly before I go to bed and when I wake up. And I can definitely tell a different to my moods on day I don't do this. I would highly recommend this to everyone.” – Google Play user
“I have used this app for a few years now and it’s a real ‘go to’ when I need reminding to stress less and think positively about myself. I recommend it wholeheartedly!” – App Store user
