Self-Assessments

If you are feeling anxious, low, stressed or having trouble sleeping, Good Thinking has five clinically validated assessments for you to choose from. An assessment takes 20 minutes and will provide you with a guiding diagnosis, helpful resources and if necessary, relevant treatment advice.

The Good Thinking clinically validated self-assessments:

  • Help you understand your mental health
  • Are private and secure and no answers are shared with third parties
  • Give you trusted medical advice but do not give you a medical diagnosis
  • Can take 20 minutes and ask you questions that a GP or psychologist would ask you

If you would like to find out more about how to use the self-assessments, read our article How to use the Good Thinking self-assessments to stay on top of your mental health.
